Delta Xero: clean oil and diesel while the equipment runs
Delta Xero units are offline filters that run alongside the filters already fitted to the machine and clean the oil continuously while it is in service. The unit is connected in a kidney loop, and nothing is changed on your existing system.
Oil does not wear out. It gets dirty.
Particles, water and oxidation products are what degrade oil and diesel and wear pumps, valves and injection systems. Remove the contamination continuously, and both the fluid and the equipment last longer.
The cartridge captures the finest particles, water and the sludge that turns into varnish in the system, but leaves the additives in the oil alone.

How it works
- The unit is connected to the tank or oil system in a kidney loop. The main system is not changed.
- A pump draws the fluid through the cartridge. Particles down to 0.1 µm, free and emulsified water, sludge and varnish stay in the cartridge.
- The cleaned fluid returns. The loop runs continuously, also while the equipment is in operation.
The cartridge is the unit's only wear part. When it is saturated, it is replaced, and your own maintenance staff can do that.
Two series: oil and diesel
The oil models (DX1525 and DX1001 to DX1012) are selected by system volume and cover from 1,200 to 72,000 litres at ISO VG 32. The smallest model, the DX1525, weighs 13 kg.
The diesel models (PT series) are sized by flow and are used for continuous cleaning of diesel tanks, typically on emergency power systems and cranes.
Find the right diesel model
Enter the tank size and refuelling volume. You get the PT model that fits, and you can request a pilot programme with it straight away.
What you get
The PT model that suits the tank and the flow it needs to deliver. From there, one click requests a pilot programme with that model: 8 weeks on your own tank, with samples before and after.
The recommendation is a guide and is based on tank volume and refuelling volume. For high water loads, special fuel types or multiple tanks, we are happy to calculate for your installation.
The effect is documented with samples
We take oil or diesel samples before and after and analyse them ourselves, so results arrive within a few days. Cleanliness is stated as ISO 4406 codes, so the improvement can be measured and compared.
The numbers from real installations are in our case studies: a data centre that had two emergency power tanks cleaned from ISO 23/23/22 to 15/13/10 in six days, and a hydraulic press with two years without valve failures after installation.
