Cartridges: datasheet

The cartridge is the Delta Xero unit's only wearing part. It removes particles down to 0.1 µm and binds water and oxidation products. There are three types.

  • Particle filtration down to 0.1 µm
  • Removes free and bound water
  • Media: PP/cellulose mix, 100% recycled
  • Operating temperature: 0–100 °C

When should the cartridge be changed?

The cartridge is changed when it is saturated: the flow indicator on the unit shows it, and the weight rises from dry to saturated weight. How quickly that happens depends on how much water and dirt there is in the system. That is what the samples in a pilot trial show.
